Irish Quality Gifts works hard to ensure you receive your products on time, undamaged and fit for purpose. If  however you receive a product that is damaged a replacement will be provided or a full refund given once we have received the damaged product back.

If you purchase a product from us and you decide you do not like it or it is unsuitable, you may return it to us for a full refund of the product, we cannot unfortunately return the cost of shipping.
