How to Shop with us

We have tried to make it as simple as possible to order from us if you need assistance at any time you can email us directly at   john@irishqualitygifts.com  or use our contact form on our contacts page.

1. In order to place an order with us simply select the product you want and click on the add to cart button.

2. It will then show above the the product on the page that the product has been added to your shopping cart.

3. In the top left of the site and next to the add to cart button you will see a shopping trolley symbol if you click on either of these it will take you directly to the checkout.

4. Once in the cart you will have two options Continue Shopping or Checkout.

5. If you select Checkout you will proceed to the next page where you add in your delivery address. We offer standard post as our delivery method and Credit cards through Paypal but you DO NOT need to open a paypal account in order to complete a purchase. If paying with a credit card just click on the pay by credit card link when you reach the paypal site.

6. Once you have entered your delivery address details click continue and then proceed to pay you will be taken to Paypal where you will be given a choose to either login or pay by credit card (if paying with credit card you will not need to open an account).

7. Once payment has been accepted you will return to the site and see a confirmation page.

8. We will then ship your product within 12hrs.

If you do not wish to purchase immediately you can add the product to your wish list ready for purchase at a later date. You will need to register with our site to avail of this service.
